Assisting with developing the new warranty structure in that region.Ensure audits are conducted in a consistent and fair manner for each dealership following state legislation and company policies.Organize and lead annual Global Warranty Meeting with attendees from across the world to discuss warranty operations and share best practices.Developed process to assist auditors to increase their technical knowledge and reduce variability in audit findings. This process includes: Quarterly conference calls, Centralized web resource,\"Buddy System\" with more technical personnel, & Classroom training.
