A little bit about me, I love being a Dad first and foremost, blessed with the opportunity of raising my three children, 2 boys and 1 girl. I took a leave of absence from recruiting in 2012/2013 to deepen my walk in ministry, excited to re-engage the market here in the Bay Area. I spent the first 8 years of my career as a Finance professional, spending the first 4 years with KPMG and the next 4 years as the Corporate Controller for a $50M telecom company in New York. Upon relocating to the Bay Area in 2008, I wanted to focus, always frustrated by recruiters who sell themselves as “everything” to “everyone”. Accordingly, I began to carve out a specialty recruiting niche in the arena of Corporate Tax, enjoying the relationships that I have been able to build over the past 10+ years.Yes, I am really a recruiter, with a resume of success, satisfied clients and candidates! The difference is my desire to build a relationship with you, not simply make a “placement”.No, Tax is not the only background I work with. I am part of a larger team here at Ascension Search Partners, able to address the recruiting needs of our clients, across multiple disciplines. Focusing on Tax has allowed me to effectively build long-term relationships, providing me countless opportunities to stay connected with clients and candidates.
