Currently taking on a challenging career in the Oil & Gas industry throughout the Marcellus & Utica shale plays. Lead an experienced water operations team (120+) to our overall goal of ZERO injuries, ZERO incidents, ZERO spills and eliminate any downtime caused by water during frac.Lead with a unified vision while setting clear operational standards for our team to achieve. Our team takes great pride in our ability to collectively collaborate to solve any challenges that arise. We learn from our shortcomings, and communicate our findings to reduce risk and operational cost on future projects. We are stewards to the environment and continue to make spill prevention a focus in our day to day operations. We work closely with our HSER team to keep up with the ever changing federal & state oil & gas regulations. Manage water operational needs for drilling, frac, flowback & production. Work closely with land,regulatory,safety and management to deliver sustainable water service for our operations. I\'m a person who takes great pride in my family as well as my career. My passion for leading a team and meeting any challenge head on is one of my greatest strengths. Together we can accomplish anything we set our minds to. Let’s go! 2015- Received the Noble Energy Champion of Compliance award-(1 of 3 company wide) 2019- SWN Presidents Award for HSE at the forefront. 2020- SWN Presidents Award for Exceptional Creativity Award and Inspirational Teamwork Award. 2022- Received the first Chiefs order in Ohio to centralize use operations and transfer reuse water off pad. Managing a wide array of contractors and field consultants by having a strong field presence, safety audits, hazard hunts, safety meetings, safety stand downs and clear lines of communication. We believe that building partnerships creates sustainable value throughout our business. My team’s overall goal is safety, environmental excellence, & reducing downtime. Creating a proactive culture that breeds excellence throughout all aspects of our team. Build relationships that foster buy in to one common goal. Create SOP\'s / BMP\'s that clearly define our expectations for a safer and more environmentally friendly operation. We learn everyday and we communicate these learnings as one.
