Seasoned global security professional having led high-level initiatives resulting in the modernization and advancement of the Canada Border Services Agency’s (CBSA) international partnerships with foreign customs administrations. Authored the CBSA’s Partners in Protection’s (PIP) security criteria and advanced the Agency’s visibility as a Global Leader amongst the World Customs Organization (WCO). Extensive field operations expertise in the areas of risk management, threat analysis, investigations and intelligence operations. Former Government of Canada Official and Representative during multiple overseas missions while playing a key role in leading negotiations and implementation of the CBSA’s supply chain security agreements with the United States (CTPAT program), and several global Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) programs in the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Mexico and Peru. Currently serve as a member of FedEx Corporation’s Global Security leadership team overseeing corporate security objectives across Canada including risk management and threat mitigation, operational resilience, investigations, asset protection, fiscal management and physical security infrastructure.
