I’m a co-founder and business leader with a strong curiosity about where friction and inefficiency really emerge inside organisations.Earlier in my career, I co-founded Karlson and worked closely with major financial institutions including BNP Paribas, GE Capital, and Siemens Financial Services. That experience put me at the sharp end of cost pressure, governance complexity, and difficult ownership decisions - and showed me how quickly hidden complexity builds beneath the surface of a business.What stood out wasn’t just operational inefficiency, but the structural forces behind it: regulation, policy, and governance colliding with day-to-day decision-making. Too often, compliance existed as fragmented tasks and static documentation, disconnected from how organisations actually operate.That insight led me to co-found PolicyShift, where I now serve as CEO. Policy Shift is building what we describe as Unified Compliance - bringing policy, regulation, and operational reality into a single, connected environment. The goal is to treat compliance as a living system that evolves with the organisation, not a fragmented burden with limited control.My focus is on clarity, thoughtful leadership, and helping organisations operate more deliberately in environments shaped by complexity, regulation, and constant change.
