   I was appointed to and served for several years on both the Plantation Code Enforcement Board and the Plantation ADA Board. I have gained extensive knowledge and experience working with attorneys and municipalities in resolving complicated code enforcement issues.I was heavily involved in the demolition and complete reconstruction of several condominiums on Williams Island including projects directly for the Williams Island Corporation. One of my specialties has been in the construction of hospitals and medical facilities. Through the years I have completed major projects for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Lincoln Properties and Mount Sinai Hospital; where I managed the construction of several large outpatient surgery facilities. I have been, and continue to be responsible for office remodeling and renovation projects for the Pepsi Corporation; and have designed and built many retail locations including those for Haagen Dazs Ice Cream stores and Field of Flowers stores.
