My life is about connecting people to Christ. I believe that is best done through acts of love, building of friendships and allowing your own acceptance of grace to make you free enough to share grace with others.I love having faith conversations. I really enjoy leadership interactions and teaching opportunities with leaders I can learn from as well as leaders I can help guide along the path.

   Oversight of cancer and long term illness ministry to over 3,100 families in 44 states.Staff of 5 includes 2 programs under Gilead\'s umbrella the first helps children dealing with grief by the name of Rebecca\'s Hope. Our second is new to us recently, it is Phil\'s Kids, a group of volunteers who provide a meaningful legacy experience for children whose parent is dying.Responsible for directing board and staff in fundraising events. Non-Profit fundraising of a per year budget.Overall management and oversight of ministry operations.
