My goal as a home inspector is to help each client have the best possible understanding of the home they are purchasing. In order to do this permits are researched on each home, and there is no set time limit for the inspection. Some homes will take longer than others. All defeiciences are detailed so my client knows what has to be repaired or replaced. High ticket items like the roof, AC, and electrical systems are paid special attention to. Where life expectancies can be burdensome for some people, I let them know about how long they should last before replacement will be needed. In Florida, today certain aspects of a home have to have proper documentation for insurance credits and other items have to be in good working order to obtain insurance. My reports are very detailed, contain explanations and in some cases even the FBC code citation for clarification. My clients always have access to me. If I do not answer the phone, I will call back as soon as i can. I have been a home inspector for the past fourteen years.I am licensed by the state of Florida (HI197), a member of the Florida Association of Building Inspectors(FABI) and sat on the Board of Directors for 8 years, also serving as Treasurer and Secretary. I was also the Education Chair for four years. I belong to the Independent Home Inspectors of North America(IHINA), I am an instructor for the 120 hour pre-licensing Home Inspector course at the North Miami Dade campus. I am currently teaching my sixth class and have helps over 40 students become licensed.Specialties: Through my business I have been able to donate my time to a project in the Dominican Republic with my wifes church. Last year we spent a week building a Habitat type house for one of the women who works at the shcool that the church sponsors. We also sponsor a little boy at the school
