As DCI\'s Director of Operations I enjoy leading the organizations internal processes, membership development, communications, and strategic partnerships. I also get the privilege to work directly with our membership in technical advisory roles which include strategic planning, visioning workshops, board retreats, community assessments, meeting facilitation and community engagement design, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, policy analysis and ballot questions, informational presentations on economic development districts, and anything that supports downtown champions making their own communities better!
