Bill Sheff has been at M&T Bank for over 5 years and currently holds the role as the Voice and Video Engineering Manager. His prior tenure includes experience in healthcare Marketing and Collaboration Technologies. Currently, Bill oversees a team of dedicated engineers and specialists in the development, maintenance, and innovation of voice and video communication solutions. Bill also serves as the team’s strategic product owner, dedicated to bringing the latest Cisco technologies to M&T with a sharp eye on doing what’s best for its users and customers. Bill builds relationships with stakeholders, gathers feedback, and drives solutions all in support of the overall technology vision. His vision is to make the hybrid work experience top-notch all while keeping the solutions simple and easy to use. Bill recently completed his MBA from the University at Buffalo (UB)Bachelor’s and the Rising Leader Development Program.
