The SPPT is one of the premier sponsor programs in the nutritional supplement industry. Shaklee sponsors 60 Olympic athletes who serve as spokespersons for the Shaklee products and culture. • Provide strategic vision and goals, and execution for multiple plans, development, and growth of the SPPT. I transformed the SPPT from a pilot program to a full-blown marketing entity in six months.• Screen, recruit, commit, and develop Olympic athletes for Shaklee sponsorship – signed 24 Olympic athletes who competed in the Sochi Olympic Games.• Produced more than a 500% increase in media exposure for the SPPT athletes in print, video, audio, cyber, and event marketing.• Contributed more than 100 pieces for Shaklee Health Wise blog, FB, Twitter, Hotline, Product Guide, and other outlets; manage all forms of internal and external communication.• Maintain a zero complaint rate from athletes on every aspect of athlete program administration - expertly manage the athletes’ contracts, performance updates and reports, databases, correspondence, event appearances, business opportunities. • Responsible for 800% increase in product use by athletes, critical to their authentic testimonials.• Coordinate athlete participation in local, regional, and global events; seminars to speeches to photo sessions.• Activated 20% of the SPPT athletes as Shaklee Independent Distributors.• Direct all SPPT Special Projects, such as the Shaklee 180 Fitness Program.
