Having had the privilege to collaborate with the best talent in the consulting engineering field in addition to some of the most innovative clients from across the public and private real estate sectors, I believe that the key to successful asset management of real estate portfolios requires a collaborative, integrated approach aligning business goals and processes with innovative technical solutions. Combining a client\'s data needs with the most appropriate technology platform allows for detailed prioritization, planning and execution of asset reinvestment strategies. I collaborate with client organizations and strategic partners to design and execute integrated asset management strategies from the ground up, as well as evolve currently in-place programs. My overall goal is facilitate a more efficient (minimizing the overall CapEx) and effective (maximizing the total benefits and return on investment) allocation of capital across a client\'s portfolio. I love to present and speak at real estate and facility focused conferences and seminars to both share my perspective with the market and to learn and better understand the issues and challenges that clients face. With a vision of reinventing existing facility asset management, Bill draws on the collaborative principles of Integrated Design that have changed design and construction processes, to support business-focused, data-driven technical solutions and strategies.
