Currently overseeing the operation and asset management of Claremont Companies\' nine owned and operated, best-in-class hotels (with another under construction and another in pre-development). Previously provided asset management oversight to upwards of 75 hotels over 16 years to Rockwood Capital, Olympus Real Estate Partners, LCP, and Brentwood. Broke into the hotel industry in 1995 with Marriott International where I performed hundreds of market feasibility studies and impact studies on behalf of the company. Additionally, over the years I have performed numerous select individual consulting assignments for a variety of clients.
