William C. Plumstead Jr. joined PQT Services, Inc. in 2004 after more than twenty (20) years working in the computer industry. Mr. Plumstead began his NDT career in 2004 as a technician. He is a current ASNT NDT Level (ASNT #152428) in four (4) methods, a licensed IRRSP Radiographer in both Gamma and X-Ray and a Registered Radiation Safety Consultant. He also has technical knowledge and practical experience in two (2) additional methods. In 2006, he developed and implemented the website for online NDT training. Mr. Plumstead is a member of ASNT and serves on the Board of Directors for the Technical & Education Council. He is also a member of ASTM International E07 Nondestructive Testing Committee and serves as Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Editorial Review Subcommittee. He holds a bachelor of science degree. Specialties: ASNT NDT Level No. 152428 in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT) and Visual Testing (VT).

   Responsible for attending all Main and Executive Subcommittee meetings of Committee E07 on Nondestructive Testing. Record meeting attendance and keep the meeting minutes, organize and issue schedules of Committee meetings and meeting notices. Additionally, conduct the correspondence for the Committee in all matters other than those conducted by the Chairman or Membership Secretary, maintain a file of pertinent Committee correspondence and records, and perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Chairman.
