About Bill Piva

Bill is a lifelong resident of Jamestown with a career path rich in serving his community. He is a retired Jamestown Police Sergeant and former Director of Jamestown’s Park and Recreation Department. His leadership contributions do not stop there though. Many know him from his time on the field as North Kingstown High’s football coach or in his role as a high school basketball official. Bill acquired his real estate license and joined Lila Delman Real Estate International. His previous work experiences provided a natural segue to his new career. Some of the skill sets he has honed over the years make him an invaluable asset whether you are looking to buy or sell. Bill brings attention to detail, a calm demeanor in stressful situations, negotiating expertise and exceptional service to every client he has the opportunity to work with. Bill is a veteran of the U.S. Army and Rhode Island National Guard, and earned a Master of Science in the Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
