About Bill Petrou

Bill is a Partner with PwC’s International Tax Quantitative Solutions & Technologies (“QST”) practice based out of New York. He has over 10 years of international tax experience advising large multinational companies on a wide variety of matters including: U.S. International Tax Reporting and Compliance, Earnings & Profits (“E&P”), U.S. Stock Basis and Globally Intangible Low Taxed Income (“GILTI”) computations. He also focuses on Foreign Tax Credit computations including foreign source income identification and expense allocation and apportionment. Additionally, Bill completed a two year rotation in PwC’s Mexico City office where he established and developed the local QST Center of Excellence. He was responsible for all day to day activities and training staff in tax technical and technology areas.
