Develop and sustained team capabilities by analysing resource demand and strategically adjusting staffing.My team has extensive experience in both the MoD and private sector, specializing in detailed design information for procurement, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of systems and equipment. Core functions include integrating structural modifications, equipment integration, designing removal routes and seats, structural damage repair, and design assessment, as well as expertise in lifting and turning methods.Utilising cutting-edge software and in-depth knowledge of commercial and MoD regulatory standards, we guide projects from conception to implementation. My Design Assessment team ensures designs meet professional engineering and legislative standards, providing expert judgment when needed.
