Bill Osborne is the President, Co-Owner & Co-Founder of Nations Lending Corporation™, a national direct mortgage lending company. He and his business partner, Jeremy Sopko, started the Cleveland, Ohio-based company in 2003 with just 9 employees. As the driving force behind the company’s daily operations, Nations Lending has grown from a small, private lending enterprise to a nationally recognized independent mortgage banker which funds over 4 billion dollars in loans annually. Today, Nations Lending is a dynamic, Omni-channel organization which offers customers laser-focused attention across all platforms and retains and services 99% of its loans.Bill’s total-team leadership approach has helped galvanize a multi-generational workforce, with the results being recognition and accolades for Nations Lending - from some of the top national industry awards for top workplaces and top mortgage lenders, including the List and Scotsman Guide. His giveback-to-the-community vision is realized through the company’s charity initiative, NLC Cares. Nations Lending’s charitable efforts have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for food, clothing, resources, and natural disasters for thousands of families throughout northeast Ohio and beyond.
