Recently retired Global Head of Audit for KPMG International. I led the global audit practice and engaged with audit stakeholders on issues facing the audit profession. I have been an audit partner with KPMG LLP for over 30 years. I was a SEC reviewing partner and a former member of the Board of Directors of KPMG LLP and KPMG Americas, having served a full five-year term. Additionally, I served as the CFO of a major subsidiary of a publicly traded company. I have extensive experience as a global lead audit partner to several globally significant industrial and financial services companies. My experience includes financial statement audits, audits of internal controls over financial reporting, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and restructuring, and other technical and reporting matters.
