I currently serve as the RTP Site Jumpstart program manager responsible for leading the community of developer new hires in a 2 year on boarding/enrichment program with the motto: Learn-Code-Connect. I am a leader responsible for total community oversight of 110-120 yearly RTP area university software developer hires in online education, business coding challenges, IBM technology training, patent training and team formation, effective communications and storytelling, and teaming activities and events. In my previous role I am managed a global team of software developers who developed and supported a DevOps toolchain as a service offering for IBM internal software teams in the Cloud division. My team also led in the development and deployment of global education for the IBM Cloud division. In this leadership role, I served as the lead manager in driving education and communications globally for the IBM Cloud division to promote the adoption of DevOps practices and common software tooling.
