ABOUT BILL MCDONNELL
I retired in 2023 with over 40 years of experience in water and energy efficiency program design and implementation. Most recent work (27 years) was as the Water Conservation Manager for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Previous I worked for the City of Anaheim Water and Power and the City of Pasadena WP. I am still currently on two Boards, the Alliance for Water Efficiency (AWE) and the California Irrigation Institute (CII). I also served 24 years as a Public Works Commissioner for the City of Chino Hills.
