Lead a team of 200+ learning professionals responsible for development and delivery of relevant and effective learning solutions while managing ongoing training demand. Leads strategy and business planning for enterprise wide learning in Mortgage Banking with direct responsibility for meeting the learning needs of employees in Production Operations, Credit Risk, Servicing, Borrowers Assistance, Default, as well as shared services functions in the US and Manila. Role includes creation of learning plans for supported operating divisions, setting direction for overall curriculum architecture and guiding investment decisions for approximately $20-25M annually. Core responsibilities include management of performance analysis, instructional design (including e-learning), learning administration, training delivery and learning analytics. Position requires oversight and controls in managing content archives and learner records to ensure data integrity for fulfillment of audit, compliance, rating agency and regulatory reporting requirements.
