ABOUT BILL MCCALLUM

Experienced CPG commercialization leader who combines a natural ability to build and foster relationships with sharp product instincts to profitably expand global distribution. I have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing sales targets, and implementing omni-channel marketing strategies for global brands. I am currently the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at iDesign, a company that strives to improve people\'s lives through living simply and sustainably.As the Vice President General Manager, Sales at iDesign, I led a team of over 50 sales associates. I developed and executed sales plans, budgets, implemented an enhanced forecasting methodology, and fostered alignment with the company\'s strategic vision (OGSP) and values (iDNA). I partnered with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that improved retail placement and grew consumer loyalty.
