I have more than 28 years of professional experience leading organizations in private and public industry delivering portfolios of complex, controversial and highly visible initiatives, programs & projects, delivered on time and within budget. My project management skills, customer service focus and technical background have all directly contributed to my special expertise and success delivering an assortment of complex capital construction programs/projects. I have also successfully led the operation and maintenance for more than 101 school buildings, support facilities, transportation structures, retaining walls & moveable bridges. In all these organizations; leadership, communication, performance, accountability and delivery were paramount to my success. My varying roles within these organizations have given me an excellent opportunity to experience and understand the challenges and solutions to systematically returning positive results.
