ABOUT BILL LLOYD-WILLIAMS

A commercially astute senior change manger / programme director with broad experience of financial services and a successful track record of delivering major strategic change initiatives within HBOS, LBG and Standard Life. Have shaped, led and delivered a significant number of transformational change, integration and divestment programmes. At Standard Life these include the separation activities associated with the sale of SLAL to Phoenix, the integration of Elevate following its sale by AXA, the Evolve IT transformation programme and the development of our award winning Wrap Platform in conjunction with our third party providers FNZ. Whilst at LBG, I led the Day I integration between Lloyds and HBOS, the divestment of Renault Financial Services and the transformation of the Corporate Operations function. Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under my own initiative with high standards of integrity. An open and honest communicator with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at the highest level as well as build, lead and motivate a diverse range of teams.
