I am passionate about helping fellow associates grow, supporting others—and myself—in reaching the next level. Training and leadership are truly where my heart is, and I take pride in creating an environment where people can learn, improve, and succeed.With over 42 years of experience in the HVAC industry, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in 10 different positions at Perfection, each one strengthening my skills and broadening my perspective.In 2018, I became an NCCER Instructor for HVAC Levels 1–4, and I am currently teaching Levels 1, 2, and 3—a role I enjoy immensely. I am also an OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer, delivering OSHA 10- and 30-hour training for the past 12 plus years, along with being a Red Cross–certified CPR/First Aid/AED trainer and providing additional safety instruction.In October 2019, I took on the role of Safety Director at Perfection, supporting our eight locations across five states. Most recently, in the fall of 2025, I launched Perfection’s new NCCER HVAC training facility \"IGNITE\" in Louisville—a development I’m extremely proud of and excited to grow.

Professional ExperienceSafety Director - 2018- Present Managing the safety needs, training our associates in safety and health awarness. Mentoring future Project Managers on processes and customer support.Area Operations Director of the Green Division – 9/12 - 1/2021• On-going development and structuring of the retro-commissioning, installation of new equipment and installation/retro commissioning of new controls.• In charge of the Controls Division for the past 20 years.• Maintain the schedules and work load to keep four programmers and installers profitable.• Collaborate with customers and sales personal to keep jobs on schedule and within budget.One of my newest passions has been to received the OSHA #500 Trainer Course in Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry and designated as an OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer. I have been training the OSHA 10 and 30 hour training for the past 10 years. I enjoy helping others succeed.
