   CAS senior manager in Colorado Springs with extensive experience and record of performance throughout the DoD and the civilian sector, Responsible for identifying and implementing strategic partnerships and new business opportunities in the Western United States. Responsibilities include project and workforce management, strategic alliances, analysis, forecasting, cost and schedule adherence, and auditing for 16 separate contracts. Daily decisions affect profitability, reputation, and performance of four geographic sites- Colorado Springs, Omaha, Fort Leavenworth and Alaska. Mr. Laramore has direct supervisory responsibility for the entire workforce, to include: administrative operations (finance, marketing, human resources, purchasing, and facilities); and technical operations (engineering and project control) for all assigned personnel at Colorado Springs, Omaha, Huntsville, and Forts Leavenworth and Greely. Develop and maintains working relationships with government and industry executives and responsible for overseeing and providing analytical and technical support to multiple customers that include the Missile Defense Agency, NORAD /NORTHCOM, Space and Missile Defense Command (operational staff and battle lab), Fort Leavenworth and USSTRATCOM.
