Serve as the Lexus vehicle Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TMS Executives, Headquarter Associates, Field Associates, Dealership Associates, Lexus Delivery and Technology Specialists, the Legal Department, Lexus Customer Satisfaction Associates, Lexus Product Specialists, Automotive and Lifestyle Journalists and Team One Agency Associates on all Lexus product and features. Responsible for communicating to these various departments/groups on a regular basis, especially when major and minor Lexus vehicle changes are approaching. Responsible for producing T2s, T3s and new model launch events along with our selected business partner(s). Execute education projects in alignment with objectives of Lexus Division while ensuring that it is delivered in a timely and budget-conscious manner. Global, national and regional Public Relations press preview product support and presentation to media.Actively involved in Lexus vehicle training curriculum development (LexusLearn.com and consumer facing websites).Study the key vehicle features and benefits and organize these details into logical training materials so that the receiving audience can comprehend and share this information with guests
