Responsible for the supervision of the maintenance personnel in the periodic and preventive maintenance of production equipment,buildings and grounds and plan, direct, and evaluate the work performance of maintenance personnel. Essential functions in managing the preventive maintenance program. OSHA compliance of maintaining a safe and clean work place. Ensure correct operations of all fire suppression systems and security systems. Ensure priority of safety related repairs including machine guarding, electrical hazards, and equipment repair. Coordinate outside vendors regarding HVAC, Electrical, Rigging and Landscaping.
