Baxter acquired Hillrom in 2021. Managing team of technical leaders for the Baxter/Hillrom Nurse Call product lines. Products include Nurse Call products, Hillrom’s flagship Voalte Nurse Call, Voalte Experience iPad Application, Precision Locating RTLS, PoE switches, Voalte Mobile, Excel monitoring, and sustaining software releases. My team members support new product development, working cross functionally between services, R&D, and product management from Phase 1 through 4. We are responsible for the development, design, and implementation of products, process creation, technology, training, documentation, and change management for the Digital Platforms and Innovation organization. Monitor and coordinate all aspects of product releases including Beta, Limited Availability, and GA activities ensuring successful customer implementations and service readiness. Design and validate processes in Beta and LA for serviceability and provide input to R&D and Product Management for product improvement.
