Currently, I am the Project Manager for the construction of 12 Munitions Storage Facilities on Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. I prepare technical engineering reviews, manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources, while ensuring strong communications between all parties. I have current certifications including CQM-C, OSHA 30, and EM 385-1-1. I manage all construction activities to ensure that all requirements of the construction documents are completed within the project schedule and budget. While on-site I plan field work, including manpower and daily reporting of field operations. I communicate directly with multiple government clients (NAVFAC, ROIC, USAF, USACE, AGC). This project requires adherence to strict archeological and cultural resource requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
