About Bill Kibbe

William G. Kibbe is President for Brookwood Construction. Recently, Bill served as Group Manager for Cox-Schepp Construction in the Raleigh/Durham market, responsible for developing client relationships and local operations. Formerly, Bill was Development Director with the responsibility of analyzing and managing hotel developments from conception to opening for Crockett Capital, Inc. Mr. Kibbe was also previously part of the development team for Winston Hotels, Inc. and was charged with day-to-day development management of upscale, limited service Marriott, Hilton and Starwood branded properties. Prior to Winston Hotels, Inc, he was involved with construction management of resort properties in Hilton Head, SC and various commercial projects in the Carolinas. Mr. Kibbe received a B.S degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an M.B.A. in Finance from Wake Forest University.Specialties: Hotel Ground-Up DevelopmentCommercial Construction Expertise
