Human Factors - Scientific and Technical Advisor
Federal Aviation Administration
Aug 2002 — Present · Washington, DC, US
As of November 2010, I am the Human Factors Integration Lead for NextGen addressing cross-cutting application and research. Prior to that, I was in Aircraft Certification working on cockpit avionics human factors, such as controls, displays, and automation behavior and interaction. Although I cover a wide variety of technologies, I specialize in new technologies, new procedures, and automation, for traditional aircraft and air traffic systems, as well as emerging systems and operations such as unmanned aircraft and advanced air mobility.
