   I have many years of COBOL experience working in banking and state government. During this time, I have started companies providing proprietary software products and related consulting to various organizations. While continuing to provide COBOL and related consulting services under Hinshaw Software Company (see below), I researched various articles on the state of mainframe legacy COBOL world-wide. As a result of my research on COBOL today, mainframe COBOL applications will continue to be in use for a long time due to the costly ROI to replace legacy COBOL systems in use today. Cobol Cowboys was formed to provide professional COBOL resources to companies running legacy COBOL systems. My role in the company is to utilize my many years of IT experience to run the company and be an advisor when providing COBOL professionals to clients. Our COBOL professionals will work onsite or remote which is determined by the client. We prefer to work remotely during the development stages, working directly with the client\'s staff, to help save on travel expenses for the client. The consulting business arrangements are discussed and agreed upon during initial conversations with the client. The standard services available are as follows, but the services to be provided to clients can be modified and/or expanded as determined by each client. Research and System Design 2.
