ABOUT BILL HEINRICH

Supporting experiential learning in organizations and faculty innovation with data driven insights and change-management guidance. I connect learners and organizations to their goals through relevant assessment practices across higher education, co-curricular, and student affairs contexts. I utilize adaptive administrative leadership and design driven approaches for program alignment, assessment strategy, methodology and analysis, and decision making support for continual improvement. Adaptive an design leadership engages consultant and client efforts to address tough problems with novel solutions. Contexts: • High impact and experiential learning practices in higher education • Student Affairs Assessment and Program Evaluation • Classroom, co-curricular non-formal and adult learning designs • Adventure, field, place-based, and outdoor learning experiences • International partnerships for HICD (Human and Institutional Capacity Development) My work relates to where, what, and how students learn. My research and consulting help groups of people better understand their organizations, their learners, assessment activities, and program evaluation. My experiences conducting research and evaluation in curricular and co-curricular contexts help me communicate the value of learning across organizational, disciplinary, epistemological, and international boundaries.
