I am a leader of 10 selling reps in the greater Indianapolis, Ft. Wayne, Kokomo, West Lafayette, and Terre Haute markets. Below is my Hibu story that continues to be written and I\'m so excited for the future with this outstanding company! I have been with Hibu now for over 7 years and I started as an unproven Sales Representative with ZERO Sales experience. I was trained to the max capacity by an outstanding training department that laid out a proven method that if you follow will produce outstanding results. After my 1st year in the field in South Bend I found myself in the Top 5% of Sales Reps and had won a trip to Dominican Republic, a President\'s Club winner! I was on my way to back-to-back P-Club wins when the training department tapped me on my shoulder and gave me the opportunity to join their team. I took this opportunity to refine my skill set and help launch new hires into the field for just over 2 years! It was an amazing experience and I still get to celebrate reps who I trained and who continue to see success within Hibu due to them following our process! The best part of Hibu is the culture and the people who you get to work with on a daily basis. The second best part is if you are successful you have opportunities to grow and with my success in Sales & Training, I was promoted to Regional Manager of the Indianapolis, IN market along with Ft. Wayne close to two years ago. My team is growing and we are ready to dominate the Digital Marketing market! If you like the growth potential and my story, we definitely need to sit down.

   So this is present day for me in my new role at Regional Manager for the Indianapolis & Ft. Wayne IN markets and it\'s been a great start! I have hired two new reps that will start in our training program in March 2022 and I am continuing to lead and develop our current reps in these markets.
