Recent Project Efforts include: • 345 kV Feasibility Study associated with 10 Mile Underground/Submarine Cable Project. • 345 kV Utility Interconnection to the New York Market associated with 650 MW Combined cycle power plant addition, including EPC oversight of a 1 mile underground XLPE solid dielectric transmission line, 345 kV Overhead Line Tap, 345 kV GIS substation, NPCC bulk power protection, control and communications engineering as well as on site commissioning. • 230 kV Utility Interconnection to the First Energy Market associated with 800 MW Combined cycle power plant addition, including EPC of a two mile overhead and two mile underground solid dielectric transmission line, 230 kV substation, bulk power protection, control and communications engineering and commissioning. • Bulk 345 kV System improvements for the RARP project including multiple substation, civil structural, protection and control and communications upgrades as well as 61850 protocols. • Commissioning and Testing of multiple Line and Transformer Protection additions for EHV and HV stations throughout US.• Development manager and engineer for a new 30 MW Greenfield 230 kV transmission line and substation interconnect into the First Energy system along the Marcellus Shale. • Development manager and engineer for a 15 MW three (3) mile 115 kV transmission line and substation interconnect into the Iberdrola Electric System. • Responsible for ground analysis, electrical substation, civil, structural and transmission system designs as well as relay and protection schemes for multiple utility and commercial project projects. • System Impact and Feasibility studies for 1GB offshore wind and land based solar projects.
