   Mr. Halliburton serves as a Vice President for the Environmental Global Practice of Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc. specializing in environmental program management, and site assessments, remediation and decommissioning at petroleum, chemical, industrial and radiologically impacted facilities. Mr. Halliburton has directed and managed environmental programs throughout the United States and has a proven track record of managing highly successful projects. He partners with clients in many different industries to develop cost effective environmental solutions for projects which required interaction at the local, state, and federal levels. He has managed programs and projects in conjunction with decommissioning, surface/subsurface investigations, hydrogeologic investigations and modeling, treatability studies, corrective action plans, remedial system design and operations and maintenance.
