In partnership with the Board, I am responsible for the success of Graebel Companies, Inc. I demonstrate leadership that employs the highest principles and ethics, and look to the future for change, opportunities, and transformation. As a visionary, delivering a clear vision that attracts people, and all other aspects of successful leadership including the interface and governance between the organization, its customers, global supplier network and markets are at my forefront As CEO I assure the organization’s relevance in the global communities served, the accomplishment of our mission, vision and lead the strategic planning of short- and long-term goals; and, head the direction of the formulation, implementation of these goals that guide the direction of the business. Financial, tax, risk, facilities management, sales, marketing and public relations, human resource talent management, client and supplier development and the global relocation, mobility and commercial services operations are also items I govern. As the highest ranking executive in the corporation, I have significant responsibility and authority making me accountable to the Graebel organization and to all stake-holders.
