I’m a Christ follower, husband, and father first. everything else flows from that.Professionally, I lead Implementation at ZeroEyes, overseeing Technical Program Management, Technical Sales Engineering, Installation Operations, and Knowledge Management. My focus is building teams and systems that scale; driving execution, improving process, and turning complex deployments into predictable outcomes.I’ve spent my career in operations, logistics, and program management. From warehouse distribution to high-growth startup environments. I’m wired for execution: aligning people, process, and technology to deliver results. Whether it’s scaling teams, building operational frameworks, or solving complex real-world problems, I enjoy bringing clarity and momentum where it’s needed most.Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in church life. I coordinate and lead small groups, serve in men’s ministry, and support our financial team. I’ve also had the opportunity to get reps at the pulpit and continue to grow in teaching and leadership within the church. I’m prayerfully considering a future path in ministry or pastoral counseling. because if you think startups are hard, try church planting.I care deeply about leadership, not just performance, but development. That includes mentoring teams, building strong culture, and investing in discipleship and community both inside and outside of work.Outside of all that, you’ll usually find me with my family, working on the house, or outside. I’m a self-proclaimed terrible golfer, an amateur snowboarder, and someone who genuinely enjoys detailing cars and landscaping more than I probably should.Always open to connecting with others who value faith, family, and building things that last.
