Appointed Chair of Audit Committee in June 2016 and became a full Board member in January 2018. Working with officers at Bolton at Home to improve its risk and assurance oversight, especially in light of the expansion of the organisation with a number of subsidiaries. Provided detailed oversight around data integrity following the organisation\'s downgrade in 2015 over gas servicing. Overseen significant improvements in the operation of the Audit Committee, with greater focus on strategic risk and assurance issues.
