ABOUT BILL GEORGE
When I first started in the digital coaching and wellness space over ten years ago, I was very skeptical. I thought to myself \"Can I build strong relationships and deliver value to customers without ever meeting them once in person?\" This was the early days of the smartphone and digital era and so it felt like a new space altogether that I was venturing in. It turned out, however, that I could not only build strong relationships and deliver amazing health outcomes, I felt like I was genuinely thriving in this digital space. It didn\'t matter what platform I was working through or what role I was in, I became very comfortable using my background in behavior change to help people flourish, whether it was achieving new personal records for a triathlon or achieving triple digit pounds of weight loss. The expertise that I gained allowed me to mentor and upskill so many folks in the coaching industry. The managerial roles I\'ve held have also allowed me to see how changes across a single team can impact an entire organization, it helped me think bigger and more collaboratively to find solutions that wouldn\'t be limited to the team I oversaw.
