ABOUT BILL GARDNER
I am a child psychologist and mental health services researcher. I study children’s mental health interventions, statistical methods, psychiatric measurement, and health system change. I hold the Chair in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Research at the University of Ottawa. I am also a professor of epidemiology at the University of Ottawa and a Senior Scientist at the Children\'s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) Research Institute. I was previously professor of paediatrics at Dalhousie University (Halifax, NS) and professor of pediatrics, psychology, and psychiatry at The Ohio State University (Columbus, OH). My work has been supported by the US National Institute of Mental Health, National Institute of Drug Abuse, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and Agency for Health Research and Quality, and the Canadian Institutes for Health Research.
