Over twenty-five years as a training developer and manager. Extensive expertise in research, development, and management of training within Live, Virtual, Constructive-Integrating Architecture (LVC-IA) and Games for Training (GFT) environments. Significant experience in the development of training systems, to include, Combat Training Centers Instrumentation Systems, Home Station Instrumentation Systems, Instrumented Ranges, and Targetry. Culminated military career as Sergeant Major of an Observer/Controller Task Force at the US Army Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), overseeing live, constructive, and blended training exercises. Varied and extensive program involvement with Special Operations Command (SOCOM), the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), and NATO.
