More than thirty-five years experience in the environmental field as a consultant in the private sector. Directed or participated in performing more than environmental site assessments of industrial, commercial, and residential properties. Led the corporate environmental site assessment (ESA) practice for a national consulting firm and was responsible for developing corporate policy and technical procedures for conducting Phase I ESAs. Also, managed and performed CERCLA site investigations for various military installations located in southern California. These projects involved assessing potentially contaminated areas prior to base closure or realignment. Currently, serves as a senior enviornmental consultant at ESIS, Incorporated. Specific duties involve consulting on environmental site assessment and site investigation projects, industial hygiene testing, microbial surveys, and indoor air quality investigations.
