22 Warriors Foundation, on 21 October 2017, will transition to a Las Vegas and Nevada focused division of Warriors Suicide Prevention (WSP Foundation), who will become the parent organization under which it\'s divisions and subsidiaries will fall under it\'s 501 (3) IRS designation as a Non-profit organization. The 22 Warriors Foundation will maintain local operations and focus on Nevada Veterans as it has since the beginning. So as the family of WSP Foundation continuously grows it will continue to be dedicated and taking action and combating Veteran, First Responder, and their Family Members Suicides. This is happening daily in the United States at an alarming rate. Through Veteran, First Responder and Family outreach, partnership with High Rated Veteran and other Non-Profit Organizations, and by raising needed funds for the services needed by these Heroes at risk, 22 Warriors Foundation continues to make a difference along with the addition of Brain Health Warriors, ASP Project, and American War Mothers - Nevada State under the WSP Foundation unbrella. The Organizations will continue to work with their partners to take Action and make a bigger impact. There are Veterans from All generations that are in need of assistance whether it is material, counseling, or help navigating the VA, 22 Warriors Foundation and its growing network will be there to help at no cost to the Veteran. WSP Foundation is also dedicated to keeping operating cost low by setting Foundation guidelines to operate in such a manner as to maintain a Non-Profit rating of A.
