ABOUT BILL ELSEY
I\'m someone who is outgoing, optimistic and enjoys people. I feel fortunate to have a great family and group of friends and always try to get the most out the opportunities that have been afforded to me thus far in my life. My work ethic is the character trait that I am most proud of. When I am focused on a task or completing a goal, my energy is all in on that project. Currently my two main professional objectives are to grow as a sommelier through experience and continued education while working with the Wine Team at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Downtown Houston, and continuing to prepare for completion of the Master Sommelier certification.
