ABOUT BILL ELLIOTT

After 20 years in commercial property brokerage and management, I decided to try my hand as a principal. From 2003 through 2007, ten single-property investment programs were syndicated. In May 2013 we began making real estate acquisitions on behalf of Fund I, LLC, a private equity real estate investment fund. By real estate asset class, Fund I’s portfolio consists of a retail, industrial/flex and multifamily. Fund I was closed to investment on December 31, 2014, we began working on Fund II equity raise and subsequent investment. In 2018 we built a public REIT, and listed it on Nasdaq. In 2023, our new team begins building another private equity real estate investment company.
