ABOUT BILL DUNHAM
Just completed a complex Maritime Security discovery project for Government, where I used my skills to deliver a strategic case for change covering a wide range of technology, organisational and process recommendations that can be used to effect systemic change to national capabilities. Involving multiple stakeholders and multi faceted governance and assurance issues, this drew on all my experience as a trusted leader, adviser and proactive problem-solve. Adapting to a new way of working proved to me that the lessons learned from worldwide operations with the Royal Marines and wider high-profile military organisations together with my understanding of government organisation and process gained from delivering senior civil service business activity, give me a set of tools that are applicable in all sorts of ways. This proven track record of adding operational value to a variety of complex institutions, helps demonstatrte that I am an adaptable, pragmatic senior leader with a powerful ability to bring stability through constructive challenge and the development of practical solutions.
