   Strategically utilize the full breadth of communications channels—social media, print, electronic newsletters, web, media relations—to deliver key messages and establish an enduring brand for Holy Ghost Prep, an all-boys high school in Bensalem, Pa-Led advertising and marketing efforts that resulted in six strong enrollment years during a time when enrollment numbers are down at most Philadelphia area private schools-Created “Vision 2020” collateral materials and palpable buzz among constituents that has resulted in the school reaching its five-year,$8.0 million capital campaign goal-Started Holy Ghost Prep Magazine, the school’s first-ever alumni magazine with a circulation of 11,200-Serve on Holy Ghost Prep’s five-person Executive Team as well as on the school’s DevelopmentCommittee and the Enrollment Committee-Led a complete overhaul and redesign of Holy Ghost Prep’s website and manage all of the school’s website and social media content-Effectively communicated and kept our families and students engaged through the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a 99% enrollment retention rate-Serve as the keeper of the school\'s brand; Began and supervise the Holy Ghost Prep in-person and online school stores-Wrote the grant proposals that led to the school receiving two two Pennsylvania redevelopment grants totaling over $3 million (grants that allowed the school to build the state-of-the-art Holt Center and will allow the school to build its first turf field with lights in the spring/summer of 2023).
